TERMS & CONDITIONS – McB Rentals

1. Agreement

By booking or renting equipment or studio space from McB Rentals, you agree to comply with all the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all clients, whether individuals or organizations.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment.
  • Payments made are considered a commitment to the booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Identification Requirement

  • First-time clients must present a valid Ghana Card before equipment is released.
  • McB Rentals reserves the right to refuse service if identification is not verified.

4. Rental Duration

  • Rental time starts from the agreed pickup time and ends at the agreed return time.
  • Late returns attract additional charges.

5. Late Returns

  • A late return fee will be applied for every extra hour or day beyond the agreed return time.
  • Continued delay may result in full-day charges or legal action.

6. Damage, Loss & Liability

  • The client is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment during the rental period.
  • Repair or replacement costs will be borne by the client.
  • A security deposit may be required.

7. Equipment Usage

  • Equipment must be used properly and for its intended purpose.
  • Clients must not sub-rent or transfer equipment to third parties.

8. Studio Usage Rules

  • Clients must respect studio time and leave promptly after their session.
  • Any damages to studio property will be charged accordingly.
  • Illegal or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before booking may attract a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed based on company policy.

10. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery services (if requested) are charged separately.
  • Certain equipment (e.g., drones, gimbals) may not be eligible for delivery.

11. Website & Booking System

  • While we strive for accuracy, technical issues may occasionally occur.
  • In such cases, manual booking confirmation from our team takes precedence.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • McB Rentals shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of rented equipment or studio facilities.

13. Amendments

  • McB Rentals reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
