Do I need to create an account before booking?

Yes, all clients are required to create an account to ensure proper documentation and smooth order processing.

What happens if I return equipment late?

Late returns attract additional charges based on the extra time used. This ensures fairness and availability for other clients.

Do your cameras come with memory cards?

Memory cards are not included by default but can be added upon request during booking.

Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?

No. For security reasons, the person who made the booking must be present with valid identification.

What do I need to rent equipment?

First-time clients must present a valid Ghana Card and complete our verification process before collecting any equipment.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, bookings can be cancelled. However, cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the booking date.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, extensions are possible if the equipment is not already booked. You must contact us before your return time to confirm availability.

How do I place a booking?

You can place a booking directly on our website by selecting your preferred equipment or studio, choosing your rental dates, and completing payment.

Do you offer delivery services?

Delivery is available only to verified returning clients.
First-time clients are required to pick up their orders in person.

What if the equipment gets damaged while in my care?

Clients are responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
