1. Rental Period
- The rental period begins on the date the Equipment is picked up or shipped and ends when the Equipment is returned.
- Late returns are subject to additional charges as specified in the rental contract.
- Extensions to the rental period may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
2. Rental Fees and Payment
- Rental fees are payable at the time of reservation or upon collection, as outlined in the rental agreement.
- All fees must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed.
- A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the Equipment is returned in satisfactory condition.
3. Identification and Verification
- Customers must provide a valid government-issued ID and proof of address for verification purposes.
- The Company reserves the right to deny rental based on insufficient or unverifiable identification.
4. Equipment Condition and Inspection
- The Equipment will be inspected prior to rental and will be in good working condition.
- Customers are required to inspect the Equipment upon collection and report any damage or issues within 24 hours. Failure to do so implies acceptance of the Equipment as is.
5. Customer’s Responsibility
- The Customer is responsible for the proper use, operation, and care of the Equipment during the rental period.
- The Equipment must not be used in hazardous conditions or for unlawful activities.
- The Customer agrees not to lend, sub-rent, or transfer the Equipment to any third party.
6. Damage, Loss, or Theft
- The Customer is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the Equipment during the rental period.
- In the event of damage, the Customer is responsible for the repair costs, not to exceed the replacement value of the Equipment.
- In case of theft or loss, the Customer must report the incident to the Company immediately and file a police report if required.
- The Company reserves the right to charge the full replacement value of the Equipment in the event of loss or irreparable damage.
7. Insurance
- The Customer may choose to provide proof of insurance covering rented Equipment. If no proof is provided, the Customer assumes full liability for any damage, loss, or theft.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made [insert time frame] prior to the rental start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than [insert time frame] before the start date will be subject to a [percentage] cancellation fee.

- Upon termination, the Customer must immediately return the Equipment to the Company.
